Initially payment will be by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), cheque or direct deposit. To encourage direct deposit, 2.5% discount applies.
Most Credit Cards provide up to 55 days credit plus generous point programmes.

All prices quoted in Advertising and Price lists are in New Zealand dollars and are subject to change without notice.

FREIGHT POLICY

* Back orders will be treated as any other order and appropriate freight charged.
* Back orders are shipped with your next Purchase Order after the goods are received unless advised otherwise.
* Care & Share Products have negotiated the lowest freight cost possible.

The cost of freight is charged on all invoices.

To help off set the freight cost a discount is given based on order value.

Invoiced Orders $0 - $800
NO discount

Invoiced Orders over $800
Receive a 3% discount - applies to the value of the invoice (excl. freight & GST)

Invoiced Orders over $1,500
Receive a 5% discount - applies to the value of the invoice (excl. freight & GST)

RETURNS & CREDITS POLICY

Care & Share Products strives for excellent customer service.
Please call us if you are not satisfied with your order.
Claims for short supply, over supply, incorrect or damaged items must be reported to our Customer Service Department within seven (7) business days of receipt of goods. This can be done by contacting us on:
