2. Retailers interested in opening an account should contact their Area Manager – click on Contact Us for a list of the State/Area Managers and contact details.

FREIGHT POLICY
The amended Freight Policy will take effect as of 1st July 2008.
* The Freight Free Structure will no longer apply and will be replaced by the
Freight Discount Rebate Structure. * Back orders will be treated as any other order and appropriate freight charged.
* Back orders are shipped with your next Purchase Order after the goods are received unless
advised otherwise.
* Care & Share Products have negotiated the lowest freight cost possible.
FREIGHT DISCOUNT REBATE STRUCTURE
Invoiced Orders $0 - $800
Charge - Cost of Freight
Invoiced Orders over $800
Charge - Cost of Freight
If account paid within 30 days from invoice date a 3% rebate
is applied to the total value of the invoice. (Excluding freight and GST.)
Invoiced Orders over $1,500
Charge - Cost of Freight
If account paid within 30 days from invoice date a 5% rebate
is applied to the total value of the invoice. (Excluding freight and GST.)

Care & Share Products reserves the right to change their Freight Policy without notice.

RETURNS & CREDITS POLICY
Care & Share Products have revised the Returns & Credits Policy in line with current
business practices.
The Returns & Credits Policy is effective 1st July 2008.
Care & Share Products strives for excellent customer service.
Please call us if you are not satisfied with your order.
Claims for short supply, over supply, incorrect or damaged items must be reported to our Customer Service Department within seven (7) business days of receipt of goods. This can be done by contacting us on 02 9773 0348.
Our Customer Service staff will be pleased to issue an ‘Authorisation to Return’ form, which must accompany goods when returned.
All unauthorised returns shipments will be returned to the sender
at their expense.
* Area Managers will no longer have authority to deal with customers in regards to returns and credits.
* Area Managers will no longer ‘Pick Up’ returns unless authorised by Head Office.
